Every 10.000 points equals $10 USD.
Tokens: Tokens are worth 10,000 points and are unique codes which can only be used once. Each token equals 30 days of free FileFactory Premium membership. You are free to give away your tokens or use them to extend your Premium subscription on your own account.
Send us traffic and receive 500 bonus points for every new customer who signs up to FileFactory Premium as a result. To prevent fraud and chargebacks, points are added to your account 30 days after signup.
Each successful completed download equals one point. Use your download points to generate cash for yourself, or generate tokens and give away free FileFactory Premium memberships to your site visitors, friends or family.
Cash Payments: Payments are made on the 15th day of the following month. For example, if you convert your points earned from January to cash, you will be paid on the 15th of February.
Rules:
You must register an account and upload all your files when you are logged into your account so we can track your downloads.
Your uploads must meet our terms of service.
Downloads of files larger than 100MB or smaller than 1MB do not qualify. Downloads by Premium members do not qualify.
You must not try to manipulate your download statistics. Only unique completed downloads are counted.
Payments are only made via Paypal - you must have a Paypal account and be able to receive funds. You must notify us of your Paypal account email address in your account management section in order to receive payment.
After a token has been applied to an account, the login to the account must not be shared. Shared accounts are immediately closed without warning.
Points accumulated in one month cannot be converted to cash or tokens until the following month. For example, points earned in January can be convereted to cash in the beginning of February, for payment on 15th February.

Rapidshare website down!
Rapidshare website down. Today Rapidshare is down completely for the whole world. The premium Rapidshare-users are outraged over this some sudden downtime that they have been experiencing for a while now. There was no offical notice on rapidshare’s website about the downtimes.
Maybe the Rapidshare owners are saving enough many to buy the “High-End” PCs for the contest who knows unless we get an official response from Rapidshare we may never know what the real reason is behind the recent downtimes that has been happening to many people and not to the rest.
As of 19 January 2008 16:00 GMT, Rapidshare's servers appear to be offline. There are rumors that Rapidshare has been shut down by the authorities after a court order, however, court records do not reveal any issued Rapidshare court order as of yet. Rapidshare technician Steven Gircham has commented on this issue: "There are rumors concerning attacks made on the Rapidshare.com servers. There are also rumors that Rapidshare has been shut down by a court order. These rumors are false. We would like to apologize to our users and inform them that no data has been lost. There have been some hardware issues as a result of high bandwidth and server overload. We are doing our very best to resolve the hardware issues, and users should expect uptime by midnight tonight (GMT)"

how many users who downloaded your files purchased Gold-account to speed up the downloads
The size of your files.
Whether your file is easy enough for your friends to download. Note that really big files are not very popular among the users as such files are difficult to download in one connection without using Gold Downloading Mode, in this case we suggest splitting a big file into several smaller parts with the help of archiver. (we remind you that Bonus Program will not count the files less then 1 MB and more then 300 MB)

Rapidshare: Important changes for Uploaders
On November 10th, we (rapidshare.com) will launch our storage revision program.
Accounts that use more than 20 GB of storage will be marked as "XXL" accounts by our system.
If any files associated with an "XXL" account have not been downloaded within the last 90 days ("inactive files"), those files will be deleted automatically.
As soon as the account's storage is less than 20 GB, no further files will be deleted.
Of course, no active files (i.e. files that have been downloaded at least once during the last 90 days) will be deleted. This means, we still offer unlimited storage for active files.
Your account's current storage utilization is over 20 GB, which means your account will be marked as "XXL".
Please check your account for files that you no longer need and remove them.
This helps to avoid the deletion of files you would like to keep.
You can check your current storage utilization at any time in the premium zone, right above the files list.

How to Get 1-month Rapidshare's premium-account?
To get 1-month RS's premium-account you must collect 10000 points. You will get one point per download if the downloader is a free-user AND your file is bigger than 1 MB AND the downloader has generated less than 5 points in the last hour.
Registration. For get free collector's account upload any file from Rapidshare's homepage. After the upload you will be asked automatically if you want to have a free Collector's Account. Some of previously undescribed about Earn-program of Depositfiles
1. Only the files meeting the below requirements will be considered as paid:
- files bigger then 1 Mb;
- file downloads from Russia and USA (for new members; for other see previous publication);
- files which links were placed on web pages (only web pages) To be able to earn money for downloads Bonus Program participants must not place the links in icq or email. Make your links clickable!
2. While registration in Bonus Program you obtain $5 as welcome bonus, though to withdraw this money you need to reach the amount of $40.
3. DF count only unique IP addresses within 24 hours. That is if one person with one and the same IP address downloaded 10 of your files, your statistics in Bonus Program will show only 1 download from this user.
What’s unique download? It’s downloading of your file from one IP address. Which means that one person can download let’s say 10 files from your account but it will be counted as 1 unique download. To get 10 downloads into your account, your file need to be downloaded by 10 people.
Note: such restriction is created to protect the system from fake multiple downloads by one and the same user).
4. You can get the Gold-Account for free! To get our Gold-Account for a month you need to reach 5000 unique downloads of your files. If you collect 10000 unique downloads of your files, DF give you Gold-Account for 6 months.
